I am wholeheartedly convinced that there is a unique beauty in motherhood that’s hard to put into words exactly. But my oh my, when it’s captured through the lens, it tells a story. A story of strength, love, and connection. I recently had the honor of documenting a motherhood session at the ever stunning Koreshan State Park, focusing on the bond between a mother and her sweet baby girl during their nursing journey.
Korehsan always provides the perfect backdrop for sessions, this actually the same location we used for Mama’s maternity session – which you can also find on my blog! The towering trees, lush greenery, and perfect golden light filtering through. The park’s serene atmosphere was the ideal complement to the intimate, heartfelt moments we captured.
We moved deeper into the park and and found a quiet spot on the dock near the water, here is where I captured the most tender moments of their nursing journey. Such raw and emotive moments. Mom seated on a blanket cradling her little one close, as they shared a moment together of peace and connection.
