step 02 - save the date

After we discuss all of the important details, we book the date! I will then email over a proposal. This proposal will include all of the details about your session, an invoice and a contract. The retainer must be paid to reserve the agreed upon date. When the retainer is paid, the date is set! If the retainer is not paid in 24 hours, the date is re-opened. All final payments are due a week before your session.

step 03 - outfit of the day

Leading up to your session I am  a l w a y s  there to help with styling you and your family. I can help share ideas and suggestions if you're shopping for your family. Also, to make things a bit easier, each client gets access to my growing client closet (kids and dads included!) where we can communicate and plan the best pieces for your session. 

step 04 - The moment

An email will be sent out the day before your session with everything you need to know. I will also be monitoring the weather the day of your session and will make the final decision an hour before your session. Florida's weather can be such a rollercoaster but if worst comes to worst we will reschedule the session.

step 05 - That's a wrap!

My turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, depending on how many galleries are currently in my queue at the moment.  When I  have completed your online gallery you will receive an email informing you that your online gallery is ready for view! There you will be able to download and share your images.
